Description of the issue

if binding runtime I always get a dialog: "This file is locked or in use".

behind that dialog the binding process had stopped at "Copying Solution Files… Internal Runtime Libraries info.plist"

After the binding process I always get a unusable Runtime app.

Steps to reproduce the problem

try to create runtime app.

usable runtime

Configuration information

I had the issue with FileMaker 13.2.

today I deleted FileMaker 13 folder from the app-folder and re-installed fmpa 13 completely and updated it with fmpa 13.3 updater.
