Description of the issue

When trying to start FMP 13 I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error, This application has requested the Run time to terminate it in an unusual way.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Start FMP 13.

Expected result

FMP13 opens for use.

Actual result

Cannot open as error is persistent.
