Description of the issue

I'm experiencing issues with some of the FileMaker Pro Advanced menu commands disappearing - usually these are the File>Close and the FileMaker Pro Advanced >Quit FileMaker Pro Advanced commands.

If I do manage to close the files I notice that the custom menus from one file are appearing in another file that has no custom menus.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Not easily reproducible on demand but appears to happen when opening files with Custom Menus and having multiple windows open (e.g. database windows, Manage Layouts, Manage Scripts etc).

Expected result

Menu commands appear as normal or Custom Menu commands appear as normal.

Actual result

Menu commands disappear (greyed out), particularly the File>Close and the FileMaker Pro Advanced >Quit FileMaker Pro Advanced commands.

Workaround

FileMaker Pro Advanced will often lock up/crash soon after experiencing these symptoms. Often I have to force quit as well.
