Description of the issue

A layout with the "River" theme does not display part of the header background in MSIE 7-11

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a layout with the River theme with a header, body, and footer and set it up for WebDirect. View it with Internet Explorer version 9, 10, or 11. In the header the dark blue box with rounded upper-left and upper-right corners does not appear, just the background.

Expected result

The dark blue box should appear like it does in FileMaker Pro and in Chrome/Safari

Actual result

The dark blue box does not appear

Configuration information

FileMaker Server 13.0v1 is running on Mac OS X 10.9.1 Server on a Mac Mini with 16GB RAM.
Client is running Windows 7 with MSIE 11. Also tested client on Windows Vista with MSIE 9.
