PDFs lose data when produced using FM 13 and opened on PC (3 Comments)

Description of the issue

Client has for years produced reports saved as PDFs from within FileMaker ( Mac ) and emailed these to their clinicians. Just last week, one of their computers was upgraded, and with it, FM was updated to v13.
Any PDFs emailed from this computer now arrive with most of the data missing when sent to PCs. Emailed to Mac (and opened in Preview) still works fine. The same PDF opened up in Adobe Reader on Mac similarly loses data.
Problem is resolved by downgrading to FM 12 v4, but this is not a long term option.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create report from FileMaker, and export to PDF. Open in Adobe Reader, or send to PC and all that can be seen is the header information.

Configuration information

Only happens in FM 13. Updated both FM and Adobe Reader to latest version, but did not solve the problem.

Workaround

revert to FileMaker 12
