Description of the issue

We have a Mac Server (Mavericks) where FMS is installed and for no aparent reason the web server from FMS stops and does not restarts, we have to reinstall FMS for the web server to work again.
The web server from the Mac Server is turn off.

Does anyone has a similar problem and resolution?
