Issue report by Andy Keathley

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

12.0v5

Operating system version

Mac OS X 10.9.4

Description of the issue

I've been working on a database that must've had a saved password, because it's never asked me for one to open my database. I upgraded from 12.0v4 to 12.0v5 and now it's asking for a password. I did not create the database originally so I never knew the password. It's REALLY important that I'm able to open this database. Is it possible to use a backup file that will have the password saved? Help!

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open my newly upgraded FileMaker Pro 12.0v5 and attempt to "open recent database..."

Prompt for Account Name and Password

Expected result

I'm unable to open my database because I do not know the password

Actual result

I'm unable to open my database because I do not know the password

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear
