Description of the issue

We use our FMP to interface with our website to allow user registration for our organization. When users register on the website, their information is brought to Filemaker where we can import it into our database. What I want to know is how to do it the opposite way. How do we take a FMP record from our database and create a web id/password/user info without having to enter it into the website?
