License key conflict - already in use

Description of the issue

Our server crashed so we had to reinstall it. Now when I launch the Admin Console it tells me that "The license key is already in use by "Mac Mini". You must either stop that instance of FileMaker Server or use a different license key.

It's the same computer and same installation. How do I reset the key and start over?

Reinstall server

It should work with the same license key

Actual result

It gets locked to the last installation
