Description of the issue

Hi,
We have a problem with accessing the Admin console. We can see the login screen to the admin console but after entering the login details, the admin console cannot be loaded. We first see yellow and then red snowflakes and we can no longer proceed. There was no problem with the server 13 v1. This happened after the update. Could you please help us to resolve the issue?
