every exit caused an improper closing

Description of the issue

Every time I open Filemaker Pro I get an error message that the files were improperly closed and that a consistency check is processing.

Steps to reproduce the problem

I have tried closing every window separately and than exiting the program and I have tried using the exit menu function. Nothing works to have a proper closing.

Expected result

A clean opening without consistency checking

Actual result

Consistency checking happens every opening

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

This file has been improperly closed. Checking consistency.
