Error Msg: FileMaker cannot share files beacause - on a Mac

Description of the issue

When I try to share a database, I get the error message "FileMaker cannot share files because another user is already sharing files using FileMaker Pro on this computer."

I have never had any other version of FileMaker (Pro or Server) installed on this computer. I have tried turning off IPv6 as recommended in the help document as as recommended by others in this forum but that does not seem to help.
