Description of the issue

The Cursor Magnify Glass Bubble that shows up for the first three characters of a line of text in a text field is incorrect -- the glass view is blank.

Steps to reproduce the problem

The problem (sometimes) shows up differently depending on the text field.

1. If the text field has no scroll bar (ie, less than a full screen's worth), then moving your figure from the back end of the line to the front will cause the view to lose the cursor in the glass when you reach character number two.

2. If the text field has a scroll bar, sometimes it will work, but never on the first line.

Expected result

The view in the magnifying glass should track the cursor position all the time.

Actual result

When you move your finger to within the first three (or four) characters of the line, the glass goes blank.
