Description of the issue

All of our alert emails that the server sends out, the time sent is exactly 4 hours behind.

In the body of the email, it does have the correct time and date.

Is there a fix for this?

Steps to reproduce the problem

Set up an alert, test it.

Expected result

The time the email was sent should be right now.

Actual result

The time the email was sent shows as being 4 hours earlier.

Workaround

You have to look in the body of the email to find the actual time that the alert happened.
