Send Mail using Outlook 2010 Error (70 Comments)

Description of the issue

I have a button that performs a send mail script. It inserts an email address from a field name and a subject. When I click the button, a new email is opened and the To and Subject lines are populated, but the following error appears:

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Switch To" To activate the busy program and correct the problem

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 as default email client.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Setup button that does a send email script step with an email and subject. click button.

Expected result

Able to send email without error

Actual result

Error:

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Switch To" To activate the busy program and correct the problem

I am then unable to do anything on my computer, causing me to have to reboot.
