Description of the issue

When selecting a layout on the layout menu it takes me a different layout than the one chosen

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click on layout drop down menu, click on a menu

Expected result

The selected layout would appear

Actual result

A random layout would appear

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

None

Workaround

Using the manage layouts, will open the correct layout
