Issue report by Andy Hibbs

Product

FileMaker Server

Version

13.0.3.300

Operating system version

Windows 2012

Description of the issue

When an Administrator Group is set up Log Viewer displays only entries relating to the databases and users in the selected folder. However, on the main Status page many errors such as 'authentication failed on database' or 'no longer responding' messages are displayed regardless of user and database.

We allow some hosted customers to access the server for their own databases, but they can currently see both user name and file name for other users on that server.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Log in using an Administrator Group and view the Status page

Expected result

Only information relating to the databases (hence users) should be displayed in the Status page

Actual result

Many errors from all files are displayed

Configuration information

Standard setup, no Active Directory involved

Workaround

None we've found so far
