Container holding a reference to a pdf file that works in v10 doesn't open file in V13 (4 Comments)

Description of the issue

When converting a v10 database to v13, a container field that holds a reference to a pdf file does not open the file on double clicking.
The field works perfectly in v10, regardless of the Adobe version.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create in v10 a container field
Right Click on the container in browse mode and choose
Insert Object
Create from file
Link
OK
find a pdf file and link it
Once this is done, double click on the container

Expected result

The pdf file will open in Acrobat Read

Actual result

Export the file to V13
Try to open the container file
It doesn't open

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

No error messages

Workaround

Reload the pdf file in the V13 container
(works fine when you have just a couple... I have hundreds...)
