Description of the issue

When selecting a container field, import tab does not come up.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click in the container field.

Expected result

Import tab comes up: camera, audio, signature etc ...

Actual result

Paste tab comes up, also, bottom left corner of toolbar switches from layout icon to Previous Next
