FileMaker Server 13v4 on Windows 2012 Server stopped logging Server Access Events (7 Comments)

Description of the issue

The log doesn't show any access of any file as it did before suddenly - there was no restart or any other interference - it stopped it. even toggling the log switch in the server setup admin console can't get it to log access events again. i don't want to restart the server yet - the last time it restarted it failed a couple of times to re-open the files. i also changed any filtering etc .. no impact! It doesn't show any difference of the logged data if i toggle the Module switch to either show Server Access events or not.

The other so called "Server Events" still show. And the toggle works there (checking on / off).

Configuration information

the server is a 8 core 2.4 GHz Intel Atom 2750 with 8 GB RAM and 2 TB Server Hard Drives running Windows 2012 Server 64 bit Standard -
the load is not high - 2 files one 6 MB - the other 1.9 GB

the cache is set to 2 GB

concurrent users max 4 - the file is mostly used to sync - short sessions ..
performing scripts on server ..
