Windows: Install Plug-In File Script Step Deletes Temporary Directory

Description of the issue

Running a script that installs a plug-in file deletes the temporary directory.

Steps to reproduce the problem

* Open FileMaker Pro on Windows
* Save something to the temporary directory
* Run a script that installs plug-in files
* Check the temporary path and see your temporary directory has disappeared! 

Expected result

The temporary directory still exists

Actual result

It has been deleted

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

None

Configuration information

This appears to be a Windows-only bug.

Workaround

Disable any scripts that install plug-ins. If you have to run them, create a script that checks to make sure the temporary path exists an if it does not then create it.
