Layout loses print margins when printing from FM Pro Adv 13

Description of the issue

Run a script to print a report and set page setup to either landscape or portrait. If printed on a Mac margins set to printer default and prints fine. Run in FM Pro on Windows, also fine - run same script through FM Pro Adv and the margins disappear, everything then tries to print to the paper edge and of course is chopped off.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a print layout
Set a script to set page setup and print this layout
Trying printing in Pro (works) and then Pro Adv (doesn't work)
