Description of the issue

Every so often upon logging into the solution with any of the listed browsers, images that are both embedded in objects as backgrounds and are saved as global Styles to the Theme, do not display. This state of affairs continues until either you clear the browser’s cache or move into Private or Incognito mode. All other images that have been placed on the layout via pasting, inserting or embedding as a background (as long as they are still a local style - red arrow and asterisk next to the style) display as expected. The buttons or popovers, these invisible graphics are attached to still function. However this behavior is still very disruptive to workflow. This behavior didn’t exhibit itself until about 6 or so months after deployment.
