Description of the issue

a WV with local html-protocoll with Base64 encoded animated gif doesn't render proper with Yosemite

Steps to reproduce the problem

get my file from FilemakerProGurus:

Expected result

Actual result

WV in 10.9 rendering properly
WV in 10.10 Yosemite static, no animé
