Layout part object fails to show fractional height, when horizontal (3 Comments)

Description of the issue

In a layout with a fractional body-height a horizontally oriented selected body part only shows the integer value and not the fraction.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Create a layout + set units to pixels
2. Change the body part to a fractional height
3. Click in the background of the layout // you see a fractional length
4. Change the body part to be displayed vertically and select it.
5. Change the body part to be displayed horizontally and select it.

Expected result

After steps 3, 4 and 5 the same height should be displayed in the inspector height field

Actual result

After step 5 an integer value is shown
