Keychain connection lost since update FMP 13.0v4

Description of the issue

I have to enter the password manually every time I open a database.
FMP seems to lost connection to the keychain where all the passwords are stored.
Re-entering the password with the option to remember it in the keychain does not solve the problemn.

Steps to reproduce the problem

open any database and give permission to store the password in the keychain.

Expected result

no dialog, no asking for account and password while opening a database using the keychain.

Actual result

password dialog everytime while opening any database.
