Description of the issue

tab key order skips/ but works on mac not on iPad. Cleared tabs numerous times/ was working correctly at one time.

Steps to reproduce the problem

within a portal/ DATE... TEXT ENTRY(drop down)... BUTTON(Popover for text)

Expected result

DATE... TEXT... BUTTON(popover)

Actual result

It goes DATE... TEXT... back to DATE
on Mac desktop it works DATE... TEXT... BUTTON(popover)
