Description of the issue

Setting the Relationship Graph to a percentage in Page Setup scales not only the elements in the graph, but ALSO the available page area.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. In Graph's page setup dialog, set a scaling percentage (e.g., 70%).
2. Click print.

Expected result

Both the Preview and the Actual Printout should have both scaled graph elements AND more paper to put them on (that is, the paper size should remain the same, while the elements should be smaller).

Actual result

The elements are scaled, but so is the printable area. Any elements beyond the scaled print area are clipped, and produce a page break and additional page(s).

Note that the page break preview in the Graph window shows where the page breaks SHOULD be. But those page breaks / page sizes are being enforced for printing.
