Issue report by Gary Bernstein

Product

FileMaker Server

Version

13.0.5.520

Operating system version

Windows Server 2012R2

Description of the issue

We just installed Filemaker Server 13v5 on an IIS machine. When I move a database from the "old" filemaker server running 13.0.400 to the new Filemaker Server 13v5 and move the php code that was used on the old server to the new server, we get the following error:

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Additionally it appears that something is wrong with the ssl certificate that was working previously.

Both machines are stock installs of IIS and the Filemaker server installation using a 2 machine deployment.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I can't seem to find anything wrong.

Thanks in advance.

-Gary

Steps to reproduce the problem

Install Filemaker 13v5 in a 2 machine deployment. Copy database over to the master machine and open. Copy PHP folder to the directory on the new worker machine. Receive error.

Expected result

PHP web pages work.

Actual result

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Workaround

Removing any code that accesses filemaker seems to allow php pages to return information. I have not found a way to get the filemaker stuff to work though.
