Description of the issue

i have a filemaker 11.0.3.312, when i open remote in other computer and print the invoice there it takes a minutes and the main file hang ups. i'm new to filemaker and somebody told me that i will update the adobe but where can i find the adobe in filemaker. pls. help me, thank you and happy new year
