Description of the issue

I go to insert an image into a forum post and I get this lame ass window that pops up asking me for the url of the image! Are you kidding. EVERY other site I have gone to in the last five years has allowed me to browse for the image. Are you guys just lame or are you so out of touch with the real world you like to program bullshit.
