Description of the issue

If a text label has the underline style, the underline does not extend to the end of the text when viewed in preview mode.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Create a new file.
2. Select text tool and type (or paste) "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" in the body. That's 25 X's.
3. Set the style to underline. Expand the width to 3 in. so the entire text is displayed.
4. View browse mode and make a record.
5. View Preview mode.

Expected result

The entire label is underlined.

Actual result

The final 3 X's are not underlined.
