Description of the issue

7 of approximately 350 records are showing nothing but '?' in all fields. Unsure how to resolve issue.

I've read other forums re: phantom data. I'm currently unable to attempt Restore on this file as it says it is "locked or in use" and I do not have admin access.

Any help is appreciated.
