Description of the issue

The keys used to setup a relationships between two tables is not working. The Parent Table with a primary key ID (match field) linked to a Child Table with a foreign key ID (match field) is not working.

Child record should have the same exact ID as the Parent record for each record created. This function is not operating at all. The foreign key ID match field is just blank.

Work Order No. is the primary key ID on the Work Order Layout.
Work Order No. is the foreign key ID on the Work Order Task Layout.

Shown in the "Task - Child Record Attachment" the foreign (match) key ID is blank

Steps to reproduce the problem

I checked the relationship and the both are linked and are equal to each other.

So I tried to recreated the same issue with a new database. After setup a simple test database just to recreate the issue, the same issue still exist within this test database.
