Description of the issue

In FM12, tooltips are forced to a width of approximately 275 point wide. Any "formatted" text phrases (containing pilcrows) display awkwardly with new lines forced in the wrong places.

FMI needs to refrain from special processing any tooltip that contains formatting characters.

Ironically, FMI does not impose FM12 "width control" on their own tooltips. Hover over many of the buttons on FM's Status Toolbar and you'll see wide tooltips without the forced width.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a tooltip with 3 lines of 60 to 70 characters each. Place a new line indicator (pilcrow) at the end of each of the 3 lines.

Expected result

Three lines displayed in the tooltip box. This is the behavior in FM11.

Actual result

Six lines are displayed, with a "dangling word" effect.
