Specify Field dialog jumps to top (not selected field) 13.0v4 and Yosemite 10.10.1 (9 Comments)

Description of the issue

Field on a layout, double click on it which brings up the specify field dialog. You briefly see the position of the window be correct - that it shows the selected field- but a fraction of a second later this window jumps to the top of the field list, and you now have to scroll down to find selected field.

Steps to reproduce the problem

field on a layout from a table with a large number of fields (to show scrolling issue). Double click on field on layout to bring up specify field dialog.

Expected result

Same as in previous patches of 13 where the window will be scrolled to the position of the highlighted field.

Actual result

Jumps to the top of the field list all the time, meaning if your field is further down the field list you can't see it selected
