Description of the issue

Attempting to fix object erros reported by BaseElements
Object with errors are in popovers
the coordinates reported by BE, derived from the data available from the FM DDR, which now (apparently) uses relative positioning instead of absolute positioning, make it extremely difficult to identify the object with the error.

in mildly complex popovers with multiple slide control panels, and multiple popovers on a layout, it can take substantial time to identify even one field; aggravated further when object names have not been employed.

Further, the bound reported by FM in the Inspector and DDR are inconsistent (see grab)

Steps to reproduce the problem

any object in popover
DDR or BE
attempt to locate the object using the reported coordinates

Expected result

locate objects easily

Actual result

objects are not where they are reported to be
