Description of the issue

I am trying to print from my filemaker database and the colour of text is black, but its printing out grey, when I print from preview mode it comes out black, and when I try other databases it prints out fine. So the issue is with that database, not the printer, etc. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?
