Description of the issue

Having all kinds of issues when the screen resolution is set to the default of 125%. When I change it to 100% everything seems to work but this is not an acceptable font size to use. Seems to have started when moved from 13.01 to 13.03.

Frustrating items I have noticed to date.
1. In layout mode, when duplicating an item by dragging and holding the ctrl key the new item is away from the cursor arrow making it difficult to line up and shift + ctrl does not keep in straight line.

2. Table view becomes all disjointed with the columns not lining up once click in a field until I trigger a screen refresh.

3. Often times the Layout and Found count do not match with the actual body until I trigger a screen refresh.

Unfortunately going to have to go back to 13.01 as this just isn't acceptable.

Workaround

Have to set my screen resolution to 100% which is not the default in my windows. 125% is the default
