Description of the issue

I customise all time and date formats, since none fits my needs (use of English language in Switzerland). I am using for hours 'h' (not default ':') and only to separate minutes from seconds ':'. However, FileMaker does not honour my system settings and uses 'h' for all separators. Ex.: 19h10:05 is then displayed as 19h10h05. This looks quite ugly and I ask you to fix this bug in the next version of FileMaker Pro Advanced. BTW, this bug was also present in FileMaker Pro Advanced 13.0.4.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Edit the system settings as described above and display any time field/value as string. E.g. using function GetAsText

Expected result

Display time correctly as set in system preferences

Actual result

Using the first separator for all other separators
