Description of the issue

When entering data in records while in list view the horizontal lines get all distorted and double up. The more records you work with the worse it gets. It will clear up if you zoom in or out, click somewhere outside a field or close the layout and reopen it. But the problem comes back as soon as you start entering information into the fields. I saw there was a similar problem in table view back in 2012. I built the database in Version 11 and upgraded to 13 before placing into service.

Enter data into records while in list view.
