Description of the issue

- adjust window (Fenster anpassen[alles anzeigen]) messes up
- Webviewer sizes / rendering messed up
- popup list with too small fonts

Steps to reproduce the problem

Just build up layouts with WV, popup list, script with …open in new window (adjust)

Actual result

all messed up.
… and please find a way though we can upload PDF-Documents, instead of PNG and graphics!!!
