All script steps shifted to right in printout from "Manage Scripts" window (1 Comment)

Description of the issue

I have two Macs in my home office, both running FMPA 13.0v5 on Mac OS 10.9.5, printing to the same HP LaserJet 4050 as they always have. Since yesterday, the Mac mini's printouts of any script from any FM file is shifted to the right. The same scripts print fine to the same printer from my MacBook Air.

The header (script name) and footer (timestamp and file name) are in their proper locations, but on every page ALL the script steps (the "body" of the printout) are shifted right. That's also visible in the Print dialog window's "Preview" of the printout: you can see the body text shift right, each time any dialog window control is clicked (e.g., the "From" page or "To" page field is activated, or the "All" button).

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open "Manage Scripts".
2. Click to select any script.
3. Click the "Print" button at the bottom of the Manage Scripts window, or from the File menu.
4. (Optionally) Click any of the options within the Print dialog window, such as "From", or "All", or "Presets", and watch the preview of the script printout shift right.

Expected result

Each page of the script prints normally, flush along the left margin of the page (except where "nesting" is expected, as between If-End If steps).

Actual result

Each page's header (script name) and footer (timestamp and file name) are in their normal locations as usual -- but on every page ALL the script steps (the "body" of the printout) are shifted right.

That's also visible in the Print dialog window's "Preview" of the printout: you can see the body text shift right, EACH time any dialog window control is clicked (e.g., the "From" page or "To" page field is activated, or the "All" button). With each click of any control, the preview shows the body of the script shift more and more to the right.

Configuration information

The problem persisted even after I uninstalled FMPA 13v5 completely, and did a "Reset printing system..." in System Preferences. I reinstalled FMPA 13v5 and created the HP LaserJet 4050 printer again, and the same problem was still seen. OS 10.9.5 is fully updated.

My other Mac (same FMPA version, same OS X version) never displayed this problem, printing the same scripts to the same printer.

Workaround

In the process of preparing this report, the problem seems to have disappeared at last! I have now printed several scripts normally, even after a restart.

But I still want to report and document what I saw for the last 24 hours, in case it's useful to FMI.

The screenshot shows the Print dialog window earlier today. Notice how the Preview shows the body of the page indented severely to the right.
