FMServer Email Notifications have incorrect sent time (10 Comments)

Description of the issue

Emails sent from FMServer have sent time one hour later than the server has. The issue started happening after the daylight saving time change.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go into FMServer Admin Console > General Settings > Email Notifications tab.
2. Enter parameters
3. Click "Test SMTP Settings" button. Test email is has incorrect sent time.

Expected result

Correct time in Sent Time on email message

Actual result

Time is one hour ahead.
