Description of the issue

When binding a Runtime solution on Mac with current FMPA13.5, some of the runtime resources will still be protected.
This causes problems with every update you want apply.

Steps to reproduce the problem

do Runtime-Binding on any Mac OS with most current FMPA13v5

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Any installer will return an error

Workaround

Open Runtime package (right-mouse click), getInfo and uncheck the [ x ] Protected option.
Protected ressources are:
contents / Resources / de.Iproj / FMStrs.dls
contents / Resources / en.lproj / FMStrs.dls

and probably more, depending on languages included.
