If a Popover frame is too large to display the entire frame on an iOS device, you can scroll the contents of the popover up or down. But if an object is placed too close to the top edge of the frame, it will not scroll with the other objects.Steps to reproduce the problem
Open this demo file on an iPhone: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q6i774m3u8ubjp3/ElectronicsInventory%20won%27t%20scroll.fmp12Hold the phone in landscape orientation to get the correct layout.
Tap the date field to open the popover.
Scroll the popover contents up and down and note that the location field does not move.
Open this copy of the same file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/31w3w38uftmtfsw/ElectronicsInventory%20Scrolls.fmp12
Repeat these steps and note that the popover scrolls as expected. The only difference between the two files is the vertical placement of the location field. If you open this second copy in FileMaker Pro, move the location field up a single point and then re-test this copy, it will fail to scroll just like the first copy.
