Fields in layout view are not linked to the field definitions

Description of the issue

For a layout, deleting the old fields and then dragging new fields onto the layout, using field picker, results in blank field names.

That is, the field labels appear, in layout mode, but no field names within the fields themselves.

Further, double-clicking on the field shows the field list, but with non selected.

It seems, the field represented in the layout is no longer linked with the field definitions.

That is certainly the case when one then switches to Browse mode.

The database passes FMP Recovery with flying colors.

I am using FMP Advanced v13.05


THE PROBLEM OCCURS WITH NEW LAYOUTS TO.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Delete fields in layout. Drag new fields onto layout from field picker tool.

Expected result

Expected to see field labels and fields with labels showing inside.

Actual result

No labels in fields and no data in table

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

None

Workaround

Not yet sure. Probably delete Layout and start over.
