Description of the issue

Depending on the actual windows stack, the script list available on Manage Custom Menu, to set the "Action" of a menu item, can come from another file. Probably Mac-only.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open two files, here called "A" and "B", without any relation between them
Activate a Document window on file "B" that is displaying a layout
Activate a NON-Document window on file A, as for instance, a script editor
Go to Manage Custom Menus *
Select a menu item to customize
Try to set a script as the action of the item **

Expected result

* The Manage Custom Menu dialog from "A" is displaying
** The script list from "A" must be displayed.

Actual result

* The Manage Custom Menu dialog from "A" is displaying
** The script list from "B" is actually displayed.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Workaround

Always activate the Manage Custom Menus command from a Document window that is displaying a layout from the file.
