Unable to play audio or video files on the desktop filemaker pro but can on mobile filemaker go

Description of the issue

Only using the trial software currently and only used it for 48 hours.

Can load videos and audio from my phone and listen/watch them on my phone. However a MP4 or QMOV icon shows on the desktop version of FM Pro but I'm unable to play them.

It seems I can upload onto the desktop and see them on my phone but not in the reverse.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Upload audio or movie on FM Go but can't review or download on FM Pro

Expected result

Be able to listen/view and download audio/video files from FM Pro

Actual result

Unable to

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Configuration information

I haven't paid for FM Pro yet. Still using trial software but would like to make sure all the features I need work first.
