Description of the issue

Very frustrating bug which I hoped would be resolved in today's release of 13.0v5. Various frequently used key commands will vanish while using the app and will only restore by quitting Filemaker Pro. Key commands such as:
Command-D - Duplicate layout elements, script steps, etc
Command-S - Save Script, Save Record, etc
Command-L - Layout Mode

Steps to reproduce the problem

Enter Manage Database, fields. Make a change and press Enter to save changes. Sometimes it takes more than once for it to break.

Expected result

All menu options to work.

Actual result

For the remainder of the session, the key commands disappear from their respective menus and are no longer available until FileMaker is quit and relaunched.

Workaround

Quitting FileMaker and relaunching.
